Rhyme and Reason Preschool was started in the mid-seventies in Dover, New Jersey. As time went by, and demand for a quality, loving pre-school rose, Rhyme and Reason opened it's existing center in Denville, New Jersey.

Rhyme and Reason is conveniently located in Denville close to routes 80,46, and 10. Tucked away in a neighborhood in Denville, Rhyme and Reason is truly a home away from home.

 

Rhyme and Reason also offers before and after school care! We work with the public school bus systems to ensure your child gets safely on and off the buses!

Our Philosophy 

If we could use one quote to describe Rhyme and Reason's Philosophy it would be the Latin Proverb "By learning you will teach; by teaching you will understand." Teaching is a gift; we see the world through the eyes of a child.

At Rhyme and Reason, we give each child the encouragement, structure, and choices they need to learn and grow in a healthy and safe environment. Our Program is structured to teach children problem solving techniques, cooperation, and respect for others.

Our children are learning how to be independent while still having a place that they can feel comfortable to let their creativity grow. Every day is planned to meet each child's academic and social needs. We are there to guide the child to reach their potential. Every year builds upon the last. We use Developmental Appropriate Practices and we embrace the cultural diversity to have a well-rounded educational experience.
